SAMA EDUCATIONAL COMPANY

Established in 2008, SAMA Educational Company strives to provide international educational services by establishing, acquiring, managing, and alliancing with world-class, accredited schools and institutions. Today, SAMA is the leader of international private schools in the Kuwait education market. In 2021, SAMA began expansion projects — both locally in Kuwait and abroad -- and continues to be dedicated to growth and expansion in the MENA area. American Creativity Academy - Salmiya

Warba Medical Supplies Company W.L.L

Warba was established in 1979 mainly supplying pharmaceuticals to the Kuwaiti market. In 2006 Al Razzi acquired 80% stake in Warba, and today the company has developed into one of the leading distributors, representing a number of reputable multinational companies. Warba retains an impressive portfolio of products including pharmaceuticals, skin care health and beauty products, medical and scientific equipment, in addition to veterinary products. Wraba also owns and operates a pharmacy in Hawalli. Some of Warba’s key principals are; Gilad, Sanofi Pasteur, SPIMACO, Janssen Cilag, Ebewe Pharma, Phyto, Simple, Welch Allyn, Merial…and many others.

Bayan Medical Company (KSCC), Established on 2002 with share capital 2,000,000/- KD,

IBN Sina International (Lab)

One of the medical laboratory pioneers in Kuwait, Ibn Sina is a freestanding laboratory in Al Ahmadi Governorate that was established in 1975. In 2005, Al Razzi acquired 80% stake and changed its name to Ibn Sina International Medical Services. As of now Al Razzi has 100% stake and is the sole owner.
